Don Rodger, Vice President & Chief Technology Officer,  - guides the technical aspects of BizCom Web Services, from managing developers, designers and hosting technologies to assisting customers with their support and web development needs. As a co-founding partner of BizCom Web Services, Don is a champion of constant improvement in operations, productivity and communications.

Don brings the power of sophisticated web services and the wisdom of his fifteen years in the web services industry to BizCom Web Services. As a Web Developer and Project Manager, Don has experienced first-hand the need of bringing together the vision of the customer with the expertise of the designer and developer to keep projects on target.

A Certified Microsoft Professional as well as a Certified Internet Webmaster his focus is on excellence – whether it’s design, project timetables, technology or search engine optimization that will propel customers further in web position and market share.

Always striving to give our customers the best in web design and application, Don envisioned a Content Management System for web sites that was easy to manage by the technical and non-technical user alike and challenged our developers with the task. Jay Allred, Director of Network Engineering, - analyzes, installs configures and monitors the performance of our hosted eCommunications solutions. Jay is on the frontline troubleshooting to keep our customers critical applications running smoothly.

Jay’s twelve years of experience with varied types of advanced infrastructure has given him the skill of dealing with a multitude of support issues. Jay holds several Microsoft Certifications in the areas of Networking Infrastructure Solutions, Microsoft Business Solutions, OEM Hardware Solutions, Small Business Specialist Community and Hosting Solutions all to give our customers the best service and support.

In addition to his Microsoft Certifications, he is a VMware Certified Professional demonstrating his expertise in virtual infrastructure which is indispensible in working with our hosted eCommunications customers and hosted applications.
